- Contract Conclusion
To complete a purchase, it is necessary to fill in the Billing Information form and confirm the acknowledgment of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the Notice on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is considered concluded once the billing information has been received and verified for accuracy. The buyer is required to make the payment at the time of submitting the online order.

- Delivery
For.Me.Sa. Srl ships worldwide. Orders are processed within 2 business days from confirmation. If payment is made via bank transfer, order processing will take place within 2 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected courier. Any delays attributable to the courier will not be the responsibility of For.Me.Sa. Srl.
- Transfer of Risk
The risk is transferred to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership of the products is acquired only after full payment.
- Warranty and Compliance
For.Me.Sa. Srl guarantees the conformity of the products sold. For consumers, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the delivery date, with defects to be reported within 2 months of discovery. The customer is entitled to a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Customers are encouraged to retain the lot number of the purchased product and provide it when reporting a defect.
- Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt without penalties. Unsealed devices or those with defects resulting from improper use will not be accepted as returns. Products must be returned intact in their original packaging, along with the accompanying fiscal documentation and bank details (IBAN) included in the package for reimbursement. Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, the refund will be issued exclusively via bank transfer.
- Data Processing

- Safeguard Clause
If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be null or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
